[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great when it works. But randomly, usually during a Zoom meeting, it will suddenly start screeching loudly and that horrible sound will not stop or change volume using the volume controls. The only fix I’ve found is to change my mic and speaker sources so that the meeting is NOT using this Go device that I’d purchased specifically for meetings (ironic, yes). But when that issue is not occurring, it works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a better video conference speaker that was easy to use and didn't take up too much space. This is easy and connects via USB c. The buttons on it kinda annoy me because maybe it's me. But I could not get them to work with anything. I assume they are specific to teams. Maybe somebody else knows. Microsoft Teams suck and everybody knows that. Why make such a good speaker so specific.

Lenovo products have always been top on my list for business and overall satisfaction. This wired speaker packs a punch and has quality sound for meetings and for music.
