The best laminator!

This laminator is so easy to use. It works after a very fast warm up,and the laminated ouches look perfectly transparent with not a wrinkle. It allows for different types of pouches thickness, making it available for many type of projects. I'm so happy I made this investment, and it has a 2 year warranty, which is reassuring. They know their product is good!

Excellent laminator

I looked at all of the laminators at Staples, most all looked good. This one was almost 1/2 the price of the high end laminators however it had the same look & feel. It also had the ability to work with all of the different thicknesses. We plan on using this for high volume laminating our sales sheets. The first day we ran 50 pages though it of different sizes without a single error. Very easy setup.

Easy To Use

I use this laminator to make numerous signs for a Railway Museum; everything from entrance signs to notices of future events for the local community. Quick and easy sign making!

Excellent Results - Poor Longevity

My first purchase got knocked (2 feet) onto a carpeted floor and that was the end of that. My second purchase developed--on its own--very loud noises after moderate use over two years and I'm fearful it will break down anytime. (Note: this product is mostly, if not all, plastic; so, what can I hope for?) Thus, this is my third purchase of the same model--mostly because of its moderate cost for 3 mil lamination, though it will go to 5. In the end, if one is doing almost regular lamination, this will be a much less expensive approach than using commercial laminating services.

Really fun to use

It’s super easy to use, heats up quickly, and the size is perfect for most things I want to laminate, like photos and documents. It even comes with a few starter pouches, so you can try it out right away without needing extra supplies. The lamination is smooth and bubble-free, which makes everything look professional. It’s not super fast, so if you’re doing a big stack, you’ll need a bit of patience, but for casual use, it’s awesome. Overall, it’s reliable, simple, and does the job well! A Must-Have for a Teacher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an elementary school teacher, laminating is a task that is required almost weekly. Whenever you are creating centers, learning games or reusable practice materials, you must laminate them for repeated use. This laminator has a compact size and can be stored easily. It heats up quickly (which is extremely helpful with limited prep time!) and is able to adjust for laminating pouches with a thickness of 3 to 5 mil. I especially appreciate that it is jam-free and has an automatic shut-off feature that makes it safer than other laminators. Overall a great product that you will use frequently! Overall, a very good laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am moving away from the Saturn 125, and like this unit a lot. The exit tray has a better design than my current unit. The reverse lever on the back, with the side-to-side release is a bit harder to use than the push down release. I like the speed of the machine for a smooth, even feed. I did notice the top of the unit seems to get warmer under use than my Saturn. I really like the smaller and lighter size. When moving to cold lamination the cool down seemed to take longer than advertised - roughly 75 minutes. I had to run it through three times before I got a good seal. Again, small complaints for a very capable laminator. I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
