These are a staple in any small business environment with a rack. Only takes up 2U of space and provides 1500VA with a nice LCD readout and the remote management SmartConnect software. Definitely recommended!

3000VA Rackmount but only 2U!

Large capacity 3000VA Rackmount that only takes up 2U of space! Includes the remote management SmartConnect software which works great. This thing looks great and gives tons of run time for just 2U! Highly recommended!

This Value Leader Is Hard to Beat!

This is perhaps the value leader for mainstream UPS installations. 1kVA is not the biggest in this form factor, but it’s big enough for many applications. The addition of SmartConnect means that most users won’t have to buy a NMC to monitor the vital functions of this UPS. Consider this model carefully before moving on to more expensive models.

Consider All Available Models Before Purchasing

Near as I can tell, the only reason to purchase this UPS instead of the less expensive SMT2200RM2UC is that this model is TAA compliant for those that must procure such items. Nevertheless, this is a great UPS. However, the model mentioned earlier offers SmartConnect, which makes it the more versatile of the two models.

A Lot of Muscle in a Very Small Space!

This is an amazing 2U UPS! 2880VA in this small of a package is an amazing achievement. But note that runtime is only 2.8 minutes if supporting a full load. SmartConnect is built-in, which means most users won’t need to purchase a NMC for monitoring. A lot of muscle in a very small space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use these to keep stacked switches with a dozen aps and a dozen phones running. Our power has regular brownouts and these UPSes keep everything running smoothly.

APC Smart-UPS Line Interactive Success

Simple and straight forward UPS used to protect and provide power backup for an Application Server. The UPS was easily connected to the server. Our client had the UPS up and running quickly without a hitch. We will recommend this model to other clients for their server rooms.
