I purchased a few of these a couple of weeks ago and the rubber end has disconnected from metal barrel on 2 after just a few days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hit-or-miss on iPad 5th gen.

I bought this a few months ago and like the weight and the magnetized metal barrel. However, I have to press pretty hard and at a 90 degree angle in order to hand-write on my iPad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
