I have been using the surge protector for about a month now. So far it seems to be doing well. The surge protector is a little bulky and kind of heavy, but I assume this is to have all the electronics needed to do its job.

I installed this unit to protect my dishwasher electronics. We had a power glitch several years ago and lost the programming board. Cost about $200 to get the dishwasher functional. It is a "built-in" and would be difficult/expensive to install a newer model. I consider this inexpensive insurance. Will provide an update as events warrant. Appears to be well built.
