I used to be a loyal customer. These formula changes are absolutely unforgivable. They have an overpowering artificial perfume stench that does not rinse away. Aside from that, this soap now irritates my skin. My hands are red, extremely dry and cracking. If the plan was to save the company money by using cheap, inferior ingredients in your new formulas, you've failed. You will lose money because your loyal customers have been betrayed. I'm not the only one that won't be back. Just take a look at your reviews.

Absolutely disappointed that they added fragrance to my favourite soap ive used for years. Lost a customer. So truly upset with them!!!

I used to love this soap And it was the only soap I used for hand wash for many years
It was gentle on my skin and had only a trace of any smell, absolutely no perfume smell.

The new formula is just terrible and I will never buy it again. The first time I put in the refill with the new version, I was immediately aware that it was different. The smell is awful. It stays on the hands after you finish washing. Even the feel of it on the skin afterwards seems different, more drying
I hope that the company reads all of these reviews, I Understand that the reason we bought this soap. And if they want their loyal customers to continue buying it, they need to return to the previous formula

Please bring back the old Aloe Vera fragrance!

This new scent is horrible! I had been using this forever and loved it, but when you changed the smell I switched to the Target brand, but they recently discontinued it! I am very sensitive to strong perfume smells and this used to have a very light smell—please bring back the old formula!

WORST CHANGE! Bring Back The Original Scent!

I used to love the aloe soft soap. It was great for my sensitive skin and had the best scent. They changed the scent and it's super strong and perfumy and I hate it. Now I'm stuck with two huge containers of this soap that is nauseating. Plus I've noticed my skin is starting to react poorly to the added fragrance. Worst change they could've made. Bring back the original version please!

Cannot open pump top

The soap itself is great, but I cannot unlock the top, even after trying every U-Tube tip and trick. If only there was an easier way to open these.

New Scent Too Strong

The new scent is too strong with a heavily perfumed smell. The scent gives me an immediate headache. I have used this soap for years but will have to find another brand. Please consider going back to your original formula.
