Need an unscented option

I recently sent a review about not liking the fragrance. The response was to try one of their other scented products. WHY DON'T YOU OFFER AN UNSCENTED OPTION?

New scent is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!

If I could give this zero stars, I would! I have bought this soap for as long as I can remember and loved it because it was moisturizing, had a very subtle scent, and wasn’t an antibacterial formula. The last refill I purchased had a new look to the packaging label and the most AWFUL scent to it. Why would you change the scent?! It smells like very strong perfume that lingered on my hands for hours and gave me a headache. Guess I’ll be buying the generic brands of this soap from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fragrance too strong

If I could give it less than one star, I would. After years of buying and loving this soap, the fragrance was changed to something that is way too strong. Why would your company do something as stupid as alienating your loyal customers with a new scent that adversely affects people who cannot handle strong fragrances? I looked at the reviews for other Soft Soaps and they all seems to have a new version with too strong a fragrance. Now I have to search for a new soap while trying to figure out what to do with the bottles of it I bought.

Too scented

The strong scent is too much for my allergies. I'd like to see you make an unscented liquid hand soap. Even the old fresh scent was soothing aloe vera was ok for me.

The new scent is awful! Why did you change such a great product? I used to buy it because there was no overpowering scent. I will not purchase again.

Smells cancer-inducing!!!!

This heaviest (new) fragrance smells (crazily) even more heavy compared to cologne!!!! But it'll be a (perfectly) cheap gift to give to "specific" co-worker(s) for a (holiday) present though!!!!

Horrendous new scent. Good bye after 14 years!

I've used this specific soap for at least 14 years. Now is the day where I stop and leave the brand altogether. You decided to change the scent to something truly bad. It's intense floral fruity smells of a cheap air freshener/perfume. I'm going out on a whim and thinking you did this to save money. It is actually costing you a lot more in the long run. I can no longer trust you for my hand soap. You should have at the very least consulted a few customers? Or a focus group? Such a strange decision knowing that companies have so much rich feedback to use. I would encourage you to rectify the situation by returning to the old light scent. If not, I will surely stay away (as will thousands if not millions more by the looks of the reviews).

New scent is overwhelming and terrible. Used this product prior for 20+ years. Flavored up eczema instantly. Very disappointed.
