Change the scent back! New scent is offensive

I've been using this soap for as long as I can remember and i'm SOOOOOOOOOO disappointed that you changed the scent. It is now HORRIBLE. The scent is overwhelming now. Please change it back asap. Why you changed a product that was so popular to begin with is CRAZY. What were you thinking?

New formula stinks. I have used this for over 20 years and I threw away the 2 bottles that I recently purchased. Why would you change such a great product?

Migraines from fragrance

They have changed the scent to overpowering smell. I can no longer use this soap as it gives everybody migraines.
Hey Colgate if you’re all about the consumer check out the reviews. The majority are one star for this very reason. Why mess with a great product. It was great before, why change it.

Stinky soap

I've used and enjoyed this soap for years -- great product UNTIL the scent was "updated". It is WAYYYYY too strong and floral. The old scent was JUST RIGHT -- PLEASE QUIT trying to "improve" things when they are great to begin with. Not sure I can continue to use this soap as it now triggers my nasal allergies.

Do not like the new smell.
It bothers my hands and my face if I touch my face after washing my hands.
I will no longer use this product.
The former scent was the only soap I used.
My family feels the same.
With many people having fragrance allergies, why would you change it.
Please change it back

New formula is bad for sensitive skin & allergies

As a caregiver & frequent hand washer, this used to be the only hand soap I could use because it 1) didn't dry out skin 2) didn't have heavy scent which aggravates allergies. The new formula stinks, causes sinus allergies and painfully drys out skin (especially cuticles).

Bad new formula

The soap smells horrible and my dog thinks so too. My dog won’t play with me if I’ve washed my hands with your horrible smelling soap. It used to smell fine. Now it’s overwhelming. Smells like I doused my hands in perfume. Unhappy.

So Disappointed in the Aloe Vera Scent Change!

Dear Soft Soap: I've been a user of your old version Soothing Clean Aloe Vera Hand Soap for many years. It was the closest soap that was almost fragrance free on the market. I used to carry some in my purse and would even bring it with me when I would visit friends because I am so sensitive to fragrance. In addition, it kept my hands from drying out and cracking in the cold PA winters since I am a frequent hand washer. Your new product is terrible. The fragrance is so strong and leaves a residual fragrance on my hands that gives me a headache. Why did you change it???? I am so disappointed. I am now searching for a new fragrance-free product that won't bother me and make me ill and will keep my hands from cracking. It's too bad because you lost a loyal customer here. I know I mustn't be the only person with this same complaint or issue. I'm hoping you will bring it back on the market. Until then, my hand soap purchases will be with another company. So sad. :(
