STINKS - LITERALLY

I've used this soap for years and just opened one with the new label. This stuff STINKS. It used to have a subtle scent that didn't linger, but now it smells like they dumped an entire bottle of perfume in a small bottle of soap. It's migraine-inducing. I'm going to have to throw away all the bottles I recently bought and search for a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dried, cracked bleeding hands because of new soap

I have eczema and this was the liquid soap that I could use without making my hands red, dry, cracked and bleeding. I recently refilled my soap dispensers with a new refill pack (from bjs, so it’s a double pack) that says it’s the same great soap. It is not. One use of this new soap left my hands cracked and bleeding. The fragrance lingered for hours, even after using other soap to try to wash it off. Now I need to begin the costly, time consuming and painful process of finding a new soap that won’t hurt me after just purchasing a new refill pack. There are loads of people out there who need gentle, fragrance free soaps. They were probably all buying your soaps. This reformulation will make you lose them all. Please bring back the old soap. Also, please note your packaging when the formula has changed so that people like me don’t buy soaps we can’t use.

Ruined Hand Soap Product

My family used this Softsoap product forever and had to change due to the new smell and harshness of the new formula. Colgate has the nerve to tell unsatisfied customers to call so they "can make it right". Their idea of making it right is to get you to buy a different "fragranced" product.

I used to love this product until they changed the scent, and now it’s very strong and lingers. I’m so disappointed. I’ll be looking for a new brand as this was the only soap I liked.

New formula is so bad

New formula is terrible. It dries out my hands and the scent is way too strong. I don’t understand why you would switch formulas when so many people were happy with the old one. The old formula was the only hand soap I could use that didn’t give me dermatitis. I’m so unimpressed with this decision and it’s clear that others are as well. Please switch it back to the old formula and scent

Don't like the new scent. The old version was perfect. I'll be looking for a replacement, won't be buying this new and improved smelly soap anymore. Please let me know if you ever resume making the original version again.
