Why did you change it? The new "fragrance" is horrible...

I "USED TO" love this soap - it was my go to... It made my hands soft and I loved the understated fragrance. Unfortunately now it has gone from a 5 to a 0... Not only is the new fragrance horrible, but something else has changed and it is drying out my hands. I don't know if this change was made due to supply restrictions (and I actually hope it is) so that you can (PLEASE!!) go back to the original fragrance and formula.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Easy To Use
Cons: Dries Skin, Unpleasant Smell

NOT until they return to the original scent for this product

Please Please, resume the original scent. I have been a loyal user for 25+ years @ 11 sinks, even during the pandemic. I buy it because of it's excellent cleaning ability, as well as subtle scent for adults and children with sensitivities. I will not be able to purchase anymore until the original scent has returned. I am also warning others. This is the first review I have ever written.

New smell is too strong

My family has very specific sensory needs when it comes to things like this. This has been the ONLY soap that we all agree on. So you can imagine they now I am in tears that they added a new scent to what was the perfect soap. Whatever they added has a lingering smell, which causes problems for us. I am being entirely serious when I say that this has been an awful experience for my family. I'm panicked to find an alternative. Thanks for giving me one more thing to do.

Awful new smell

I used to love this soap! I can no longer buy it or use it. The new smell is horrible now and it gave me a rash. Please switch back to the old way that you made this soap!

BYE BYE SOFTSOAP! NEW SCENT IS AWFUL!!!

Well, clearly, someone at your company had the bright idea to make a new scent for this product. How did this even get passed? There was NOTHING wrong with the old scent. Now the new product has an absurd amount of cheap perfume, and the soap now totally dries your skin. I am totally allergic to this soap now. THANKS!! I have broken out in rashes all over my hands, and my skin is cracking due to this soap. Also the scent is making me sneeze & had to take an allergy pill to clam down the symptoms. I have been a customer for many years. And you just lost me. And by the looks of all the reviews on this new version. I am not alone! Shameful! Admit your mistake, and go back to the old formula!

Terrible after changes

I've been buying this soap for many years and it's the only one I could use that didn't irritate and crack my hands. After the changes I now can't use it. My hands were immediately dried out and the overwhelming unpleasant perfume scent lingers for ages. Never buying again. Please bring back the soap we've loved for years!

WILL STOP USING IMMEDIATELY

They changed the scent to flowery and it's is way to overpowering and can't even rinse the smell away. It is all I smell all day long now. Old one had NO SCENT and made it nice to use. New also dries hands out in 1 day of use. Please Please Please revert back to the old aloe vera no scent and make a new separate line for the smelly stuff. Probably am allergic to this new scent, hands are sore and dry in one day. Only reason I ever used this brand with aloe vera was the no scent and made my hands soft, now both of those are gone forever. WHY WHY WHY
