Must feed the laminate into the machine precisely otherwise it jams. Jams are EASILY solved.
I would suggest a feeding tray to help guide the laminate. If you have carefully placed small items between the sheets, it is very hard to feed properly without movement.
We solved that problem by using flat-edged cookie sheets to hold up the objects to be laminated.
Our first day of use was very successful once we mastered the feed. Everything laminated beautifully !!!
