May be a good product but very bad instructions

I purchased a package of laminating pouches, to make some labels for my boat. They look like exactly what I want, but the instructions for how to use them are cryptic drawings that are totally unclear. Should the printed page that I want to laminate go into the pouch with the printing facing the adhesive, or away from it? How do I hot-laminate this pouch? I think I can do that, but it may take some experimentation to get it right. This might be a good product, but the instructions are terrible.
Pros: Mil Thickness Capacity
Cons: Ease of Use, bad instructions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
