We received this bike in a timely manner after ordering it. The box was a little beat up, but there was no actual damage to the bike or anything like that...even though I initially thought there was due to a broken plastic piece which is just a saver for the front bracer that you put on later. This was caused from one of the 3 lb weights that came loose and hit it during transit. Again, nothing was actually damaged though. It was pretty straight forward to set up/assemble. Nothing was too complex or difficult as long as you use the instructions. It took less than an hour to set up, but I was surrounded by 3 kids 9 and under, so it went slower than it should have. The only issue I had was the handlebars were a little wobbly the first time I used it, but that ended up being user error. It felt like the screw was in the threads where it needed to be, but ended up needing to be lifted just a little and then it was solid and didn't move. It's a solid construction for this big boy and a major step up from our old bike we had. It's a relatively affordable bike for what you get, solid, quiet and smooth ride. It is decently heavy and would have been easier to move from the porch to the living room if I had another person, so I recommend 2 people to move it if you can get some help. All in all this is a great bike and I've enjoyed using it. I would definitely recommend this bike for anyone looking for a good solid ride, no matter your level of biking experience. This is an incentivized review, but it's my honest opinion and not biased in any way.
