We like the colors and the design. My child loves it and calls us all the time. School mode is a game changer in that they can focus when they are at school. Some trouble with the charger, but we got a new one quickly from the agent.

The app gives us a good overview, and after we received the watch, there has been an internal competition in the family as to who can get the most steps. Junior loves the watch, and can easily get in touch with his friends. My mother and I are very happy so far.

This watch is a waste of money we have had so many issues with it not charging, not working, or just being out of range. Im going to be canceling my plan after over a year of trying to give wiggle room for fixing issues. Its just not worth it.

It's almost impossible to add contacts and have them sync with the app. I had to ask ChatGPT for instructions because it doesn't come with any. My son wants to buy watch watch faces with his coins, but it appears none are available on the XGO3. The watch faces that are available with the premium subscription won't load. Overall, we've had a terrible experience with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
