Review- X870-A motherboard, Mine didn’t work

The board looks great, but after installing I had issues with the rgb lights not working on the motherboard and peripherals connected to the motherboard argb headers. My x870-a is not being detected in armoury crate under the aura sync tab even though my ram is. I still see my motherboard under the devices tab in armoury crate but cannot change or even get my rgb lights to work. Disappointed that my brand new board didn’t work as it should, but asus support has been on top of either getting me a new board or fixing mine. Asus support did walk through steps on the phone to hopefully fix my issue but nothing worked. Just hoping to get a new motherboard that functions as it should with all the rgb working as it’s designed. 3 Stars just because i had issues with mine.

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing issues with the RGB lights on your peripherals. To resolve this issue, ensure your cables for your peripherals are working properly and securely connected. If Windows was not installed clean using this motherboard, ensure no driver or software conflict exist. We recommend installing Windows fresh from scratch to eliminate any potential driver or software conflict. If Windows was installed clean, ensure Windows, drivers, applications and BIOS are up to date. Updates for this motherboard are posted at: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x870-a-gaming-wifi/helpdesk_download/ .

I've been using the ROG X870-A Gaming WiFi motherboard for some time now, and its design is excellent. The clean white and silver theme perfectly complements modern gaming setups, especially for building a white-themed PC.
