Good earbuds

Just bought these and so far the sound and call quality are great. Kind of sad I can control the volume on them but that’s not a big issue- my issue is the volume doesn’t go down much. When the volume is all the way down on my phone these still play at nearly 1/3 volume instead of 0 volume. So there’s a minimum that isn’t 0 on sound loudness, which is a problem because when there’s no outside noise it’s almost too loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected, also better than airpods.

Bought with average expectations. These are more rich and sound actually better than airpods. Nice find if you come across these! They fit great, sound excellent - great bass too.

Bluetooth connection

I just brought my buds and all are fine when connected to phone, good sound etc. But the problem is when i try to connect with my laptop win11, it doesn't work at all, I try put lost different kinds of pin 0000, 0001, 1111, 1234 and also doesnt work...

Thanks for reaching out. In most cases when a Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Headphones), it's caused by your Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software). Always get the latest driver version available for your Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support. The standard drivers provided by Microsoft/Windows systems are often not correct and will result in error messages (such as having to enter a PIN code), or pairing not working.

Sudden failure of multiple JBL products.

I bought a JBL Flip 4 after owning a Clip 2 (which I love) for years. Not long after that, I bought a pair of JBL Tune 225TWS headphones. Within a week of buying the headphones, my Flip 4 stopped charging. That's a whole other can of worms. Then shortly after my Flip 4 died, the right earbud of my Tune 225TWS stopped charging. I was a huge fan of JBL products until now. All three of these products sound good, particularly the Flip and Clip, but the build quality has obviously hit the wall. This is unacceptable given the high cost of these products. After reading many other posts about similar issues, I am very unlikely to buy another JBL wireless product. Clearly they WILL fail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the sound stay in my ear perfectly

Sound is great

Sound is great but when I go to work out it won't stay in my ear they keep falling out the slightest little touch it'll fall right out of your ear

Glitchy!

Received these as a Christmas present in 2020. They fit well and sound great. I use them for running all kinds of distances. The original pair started to show issues 5 months after use. the left side wouldn't take a charge. I received a warranty replacement after lots of complaining. The replacement pair has more issues than the original. Left side won't charge, right side won't connect to any device and it asks for a pin. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

I just got them and less then 20 mins... ouch my ears! Bass and sound is good should have read the reviews! Going to take them back tomorrow glad I have my receipt!!!
