Heavy Duty cycle, well engineered product!

I like this product and use it for various applications that involve motors which have no "spin down capacity. Foe example,just installed 20 at a fitness center where the treadmills simply stop when there is an interruption of AC, due to their poor design. With the Smart-UPS C, there is more than enough power to not only protect the treadmill electronic components but also prevent them from a sudden and dangerous stop. It can also do Network Management which in this application was not needed. Well done!

This is a solid product with the dozen or so that our company has deployed in the field.
My only suggestion is a complete revamp of the management software which is dated.

Great UPS but the SOFTWARE is horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can never access my 3 APC SmartUPS on my network... it seems to theirs always an issue. Why can't APC make software that doesn't need so much maintenance to work.?
And my Nickname is too short... You people just love torturing your customers.
