I have used a Zagg shield before and it was okay when I first dropped it The Shield itself broke but the second time it actually broke underneath that Shield even though it was only a small hairline fracture that was on the actual Shield. I'm not a big fan of this design where the borders of the screen are unprotected due to the easy guideline frame at Zagg now includes, it's convenient but I'm not sure if it's the best protection. I'm hoping this order for my new phone is better still love it because of how easy it is to apply and the lifetime warranty is hard to pass up
