Look great but wireless charging is inconsistent

I want to say I still love these but a bit disappointed in the charging mechanism. My partner’s phone stopped charging after 2 weeks on the wireless pad. My phone just recently started having issues charging on the wireless pad on the base. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Love the look of them, but disappointed with charging performance.
