The open space at the top was the BOMB! Love it for sketches and bullet points. Seem to only be able to find this one on-line, not in stores. What a shame.
Pros: Bright White, Professional Quality, Quality Writing Surface, Well Built / Quality

A student in my class was using his composition notebook only to find out it was missing 6 sheets/12 pages. Since we were breaking our composition books into 10 sections of 10 pages, this didn't work out for him and I had to find him a composition notebook that was correctly advertised (not a mead brand). Be careful when you purchase your mead composition notebook, as it may not be as advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
