Getting used to the device. Hoping it can help the joint pain due to meds. Trying to learn the best way to use setting. I was hoping it to have some control to temp. Not warm enough for me.

I am at a loss as to why I would be asked to rate this product when I activate the warranty?? You have to do that when you get it but I haven't even tried it yet. I will give you my opinion when I use the massager.
