It works well so far. But there is no timer so I don't know how much time is left. The buttons are not back lit so are very hard to see. On page 12, step 3 of the User Manual it references a mode description on the next page, but the mode description seems to be missing from the manual completely. Other than those few minor things, so far so good.

My hands are starting to feel as if arthritis is setting in. This heats and massages. It also comes with acupuncture rings. My parents cannot use the massage machine because of health issues so I just gave them a couple of those and they liked them. Dad has neuropathy and mom has a pacemaker so they couldn’t try out the machine.
