Nice but doesn’t help my wife

This is a nice product. I bought it for my wife who has bad arthritis. She said it felt good but didn’t help the arthritis like I had hoped. I had it delivered to my daughter’s house and she wrapped so I don’t have a receipt. Can I please return it?

Just started to charge my hand massager. Your user manual was well written and easy to read and understand. Looking forward to using it soon!! Don’t know about a star rating because I have not yet used it. I always like to assume that the glass is full so I’ll do 5 stars!

Great Hand Massager!

This hand massager covers my wrists, which have carpal tunnel. This is a great benefit! However, it loses a star because it said there was a wall charger for the USB cord, but there was none in my package. I had to hunt around my house to find an empty wall charger.

I was given this massager for Christmas. The massage is great and lasts the right amount of time. It is also light enough to walk around while getting a massage, if I so choose. Just wish I had two.
