This product feels good on hands. Do not notice much heat.
There was no transparent sticker on control panel to remove.
Wonder if it was a refurbished or returned item. I'll give it a few days before I decide to keep or return

Vibration Feature Not Working

Out of the box it works well for the most part except it doesn't want to vibrate. Occasionally it will for a few seconds but then it stops even when the setting is still turned on to continuous vibration. Even when cycling through vibration modes it does not turn on.
