I suffer from bilateral arthritis of the thumb joints. The device does help, but, is not perfect for specifically the thumbs.

Just got today so I have just used it once so far. Seems to put enough pressure on hand and wrist just using the 1st level. Will keep using it to see if helps my sprained wrist.
