I do have arthritis in my fingers. I do my activities normally. The instructions for the Lifepro are easy to understand. I like trying the different settings. It feels nice.

I purchased this hand messager for my arthritic,and trigger finger hands. It is easy to use and it helps to relive the tiredness that comes with the evening. While using the messager I am very happy and relaxed.
