Lifepro Legra Plus hand massager

I have extremely bad rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and arms and my good friends gave me this for a birthday gift several years ago. My house caught on fire a year ago and I assumed this was one of the many things that I lost in the fire. But to my surprise I was wrong and I found this in a box that has been in storage since the fire. If I remember correctly the only thing wrong with it is that it will not charge. I was hoping that it can be fixed?.

I do have arthritis in my fingers. I do my activities normally. The instructions for the Lifepro are easy to understand. I like trying the different settings. It feels nice.
