Have not had a chance to use it yet. Very excited as I sit a lot for my work and REALLY need to exercise in-house as winter is just about here in CO and walking is out.

#319912 Ordered to use in our upstairs and travel. Ordered a larger Vibrations and we love it and use downstairs. Found out about vibrations at a Wellness Facility and loved hit and realized how could help us. Pleased with al the items we have purchased through the website for our health.

Bought this for under my desk as I work from home. I have a rumblex 4d and a waver but wanted this to use occasionally while working. This size is great and it is easy to use, love that it has a remote
