I am a 70 year old woman with osteoporosis and looking for a way to reverse my bone loss and get stronger. Hoping this is one way to do that along with other diet and exercise changes. Taking it slow.

I have only used the Vibra Nano two times. Just the manual mode on the lowest speed is intense, so I know I will be using this device for a long time with a limitless number of workouts at increasing difficulty that I can create myself.
