Great for allergies & cortisol!

My doctor recommended this to help alleviate my allergies and lower my cortisol as both have gotten worse with perimenopause. Very happy and feeling relief!

Good for muscle activation and recovery

Mainly use this to “wake up” my muscles before doing some more dynamic movements before a run. Also like using it after hard runs to help with the lactic acid build up
