Very useful vibration plate

I almost write reviews but I am so pleased with my vibration plate. Its helped my leg circulation, and after the first use (just a few minutes) i could already feel some muscles as if I went to the gym. I'm still learning how to use it.

Worked great for the first use while I was sitting but the next day I tried it while standing and it kept shutting off on me during my session. I tried moving to a different surface and still have the same problem. I notice any slight movement while standing on it will shut it off and back on. The remote also does not work. I’ve checked the power cord connection and it seems like it’s fine? Really bummed because I was looking forward to the benefits of the plate :(

Lifepro Vibraplus Vibration Plate

I’ve known others who had Lifepro vibration plates for years, but somehow I didn’t realize they could help decrease body fat. I’m so glad I took the leap. One of my goals was simply to be more active in the evenings and I love that I can hear the TV over it while getting in a full body workout, yet I can store it under the sofa. I’ve only had it a couple weeks but I feel really good (and fatigued in a good way) after using it.
