I got this to use at my desk...

This is game changing. I sit at my desk for 8+ hours a day. My lower back and legs get so stiff by the end of the day, I hobble around for 15 minutes just to stand back up straight. (Old body, many long years of office work.) I knew this would help, but I didn't realize how dramatic the difference would be. A few sessions over the course of the day, and I don't have any stiffness at all. It's amazing. I wish I'd had one 25 years ago.

We have the Rhythm Vibration Platform to use at home. I wanted one that we can use when we travel. This one fills that niche.

We've used it for ten days now. Very powerful vibration. Below 20 the vibration is kinda rough but it smooths out above 20 and is still felt throughout the body.
