Love my vibration plate!

I really love using my VibraPulse vibration plate. I was hoping it would help with better circulation around my ankles as there is some fluid retention around them. It appears that it is helping specifically with that issue as my swelling is going down. Very happy with the results so far.

I’ve had tingling in my feet for a couple of years. After using this for only about a week the tingling is much less. I find that pretty amazing.

I love, love, love my vibraplate. I use it after my workouts and for circulation. Helps me sleep better. Use it everyday. I would recommend!

I didn’t know what to expect, but it’s way more fun than I expected! My legs feel great afterwards, but until I have used the vibration plate for a much longer period of time it’s hard to tell what benefits there will be.
