Broken out of box _ very disappointed child

Ordered the charging dock from the Oculus site before Christmas as a gift for my 11 year old son. He was so pumped on Christmas morning. Unfortunately, out of the box it didn't work. It will not charge the left controller. After spending hours on a chat session with Oculus trying to get a resolution, I was told I have to take it up with Anker. Now I get to spend another 12 hours of my life on a chat session trying to get some help for a product that I paid good money for that does not work. Super frustrated. I would love it if someone at Anker reads this and actually tries to fix this situation. I'm happily change my review if you can make this right.

Great at first but glitched out after only a week

It worked amazing at first, but after only a week it started glitching out. All of the lights flash orange and i can't figure out how to charge my headset. The charging doc literally won't charge the headset anymore.

Power cable

System works well but you can't use any other magnetic cable to use aftermarket power packs. I also can't find any cables on the site. At least supply parts for the station.

Great....but

Everything is great about this product. I wish I would have known they don't SELL the rechargeable batteries. So when those stop holding charge, you got a paperweight now. Very disappointed.

Overall I like this product

Overall I like this product however I hate the specialty batteries used for the hand controller. Honestly I think it's a bad design. Wish they used off the shelf batteries.
