I been using this Venu for the last month after my Venu 2 wouldn't hold a charge for very long. Really like the new added features they have now. Floors climbed for example. Great screen as well. I did go ahead and get the Connect + and that has been good as well. It still needs the things added to make it great and I expect they are still working on that.
I bought it a month ago and it has worked great so far. The battery life is great although it starts draining quickly once you are at 20%. Still a full charge goes well over a week without issues. Love the design, the morning and evening reports, and all the configuration you can personalize for your needs.
Great experience so far with my first Garmin. After some research, I landed on the Venu 4 for the design and features. With that said, I do wish it carried over the five-button layout found on some other models, and I’d also love to see more options for quick-release bands.
I bought the Garmin Venu 4 in November 2025 for a 7-day climb to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in January 2026. The battery, the altitude features, and Mountaineering Activity were working great until Day 4 and it unexpectedly would NOT let me login. It stated I had to reset the password, but I needed an Internet connection. Up at 15,000 ft. that was an impossiblity to reset the password. I ENDED UP NOT HAVING ANY TRACKING OR CLIMBING FEATURES UNTIL I COMPLETED THE ENTIRE CLIMB. i WAS COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN WATCH! Thank goodness Strava tracked my activity, but I was disappointed beyond belief. Not sure why I got locked out of my Garmin Venu 4. I spent a lot of money to get this watch specificially for this climb and it completely FAILED on the climb. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT.
Received for Christmas as a gift. Nice watch with good features. Unfortunately it does not keep accurate miles on treadmill. I have saved and calibrated and it still does not work.
