This machine was recommended to me by a medical professional. I was skeptical because I could not tell by the pictures has it was constructed. When I received it, I was very happy with the construction. It is built very sturdy and yet maintains the light weight feature so that it can be moved easily from place to place. Assembly is well documented and takes only a few minutes. It also only takes a few minutes to master the initial rhythm of the machine.
This machine is very practical for home use. My wife and I are both using it. However, for us it has an added bonus. We do travel often in our travel trailer. This machine is easily transported and set up while on the road as well.
I have used many different types of exercise machines. For the size and cost, the Stamina has exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!
