I love this little machine!

I bought this machine in 2017 to use under my desk at work since I do not get much activity throughout the day. It has been wonderful to get activity and I contribute some of my weight loss to this little machine. It was also great for getting strength and mobility back after my grandfather's knee replacement surgery. Easy to use, easy to assemble and great construction.

Minimal assembly. I am a person who doesn't use any kind of tool. This came with 2 small tools to put this elliptical together and it was sooooo simple. I love the fact it came with a workout CD, and it's compact, and it gives a great full body workout. I will say it did take a short amount of time to find my rhythm, because it does have a much shorter stride than the regular sized elliptical I had previously owned. I would recommend this to anyone if you want something compact that gives a full body workout. i.e. legs, arms, abs, cardio, and strength. Not only do the arm bands provide an upper body workout but it also gives you something to hang onto when walking to provide stability. It also has a small pedometer that will track your strides, time, calories burned and distance. It is made very well. It's a lot of bang for your buck.

Definitely Gives A Great Workout

I've been using this InMotion Compact Strider for a year now and I'm very happy with it. I do think it gives a great workout. After the first month or so, it started making a slight noise, so I'm not sure if something inside disengaged but it still seems to give a good workout when I increase the tension.

My husband and I both use the Strider whenever we have a few minutes to spare in our busy lives. It's so handy to jump on and pedal to stay fit and active. Keeps the joints working and revs up the heart rate as well... great size and great buy.
