I purchased this product because my local gym closed due to the virus. It supplements/replaces my daily walks. I wish the stride was longer but adequate when sitting. When standing, I supplement with walking sticks. I wear large shoes. It took me a few tries to find a comfortable sitting position to stop my feet from sliding forward. Overall, I‘m happy with it.

I really want to LOVE this product. The size is perfect, the price is great and so far I am happy with the customer service. However, upon arrival the unit was making a strange sound - not quite like promised. I called the company and they quickly isolated it as being a bad roller on the right side. I was immediately sent a new roller for free. WONDERFUL. I changed the roller and it was very quiet. I was happily peddling away for about 30 minutes and the noise came back. This time my husband got involved and packed the rollers bearing with heavy grease..... Quite again. for about one day. Now I need to decide what direction to go. The sound isn't as bad as when I first got it, but it isn't whisper quiet either. I am a little bummed. But the price is also half that of the competitors.....

I have had this for a few weeks now, and I can already tell a difference in my endurance. It has made such a difference to be able to be up and moving while I work, when, typically, I'd be sitting for most of the day! I absolutely love this little work horse of a machine! It is the perfect size, easy to use, and so quiet my coworkers never know I am even using it!

ball bearing shredded apart in 1.5 months

I was given this as a gift and thought it was so amazing, until it literally fell apart, to pieces at the ball bearings in under 2 months. So disappointing. I had recommended it to others but am since retracting said recommendations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
