I live in Manhattan and worked from home (even before the pandemic) and have two little kids. Getting outside or finding time to exercise is hard. I keep this either under my desk when sitting at my computer or next to it facing out the window to jump on during slower conference calls or short breaks. Every minute on it adds up and it is compact enough that I feel it is worth taking up precious space in our Manhattan apartment.

I had this product for 2 and a half weeks when it stopped working. I attempted to try and fix it because I loved it so much but the way it is designed makes that impossible. There is no way to remove the peddles to get the plastic casing off. Without being able to see inside the machine, there is no way to fix it. I would not recommend this product.

The Stamina In-Motion Compact Strider meets my cost-benefit requirements for an at-home elliptical machine. Since experiencing post-surgical nerve and muscle damage after knee replacement, I need daily low impact exercise to maintain leg mobility and stability. This machine meets my needs. Also, I find it easy to move and store after use. I would recommend this machine to my family and friends.

I am so happy I invested less than $200 to buy this compact strider! It’s a great addition to my quarantine routine and you get a great workout. Please note that there’s no reason to be intimidated about the “some assembly required” aspect because the instructions were clear as day and I literally completed it in less than 10 mins! I am by no means a handy woman, so trust me, it’s very easy to complete the assembly. Highly recommend this product!
