I really like the variety of exercises that can be done with the Total Gym. The videos are very helpful. It did take me longer than I expected to prep for use and to acclimate myself to the machine, but I am not exactly mechanically inclined!

My Total Gym XLS arrived 3 weeks ago and working out is so much fun! I am extremely busy and the idea of going to a gym just wasn't ideal for me. Having the Total Gym is so convenient. After every work out, my muscles are a little sore the next day so I know it's doing the job. I'm so glad to have an overall workout regiment back in my life.
