I purchased the XLS model approximately a month ago. The shipping was quick and product and accessories intact per and undo aged. The ease of setup were simple as promised. I love it and have recommended it to friends already. I like the ease of moving from exercise to exercise to keep workout going and heart rate up. It provides all the exercises that my gym does in my own home. While I still go to my gym for the treadmill and elliptical my total gym provides everything else. Great product would recommend to anyone who has a busy schedule and wants to be able to workout.

WOW! My Husnad and I have been using the Total Gym for 3 weeks now... We are still using the beginner routine DVD, as this is a crazy good workout! I am looking forward to continued strength and toning.

Purchased the XLS about a month ago. It arrived much quicker than expected which kind a’ sucked because I knew once it was in the house the wife would make sure I use it.
Pretty great machine as it sits in the loft and I can just jump on it in the morning before starting my day. I hit this thing up six days a week for 15-20 minutes depending on how much I push myself. First 2 weeks I was on incline #2 but this week I have moved to #3.
Still just doing the same basic exercises they show in the video but it is nice to know I can just jump on this thing and crush the workout in minutes. Three weeks in and I am down 12 lbs but also changed my diet. I will be moving on to the more advanced stuff in a few weeks.
Bottom line…This thing works but won’t do anything for you if it just sits there. I can feel the changes all around my body but mostly in the shoulder and back areas. Oh, and the energy is totally noticeable.

I have been lifting weights for decades and now in my fifties, I have found my joints just don't do well with free weights. Using the Total Gym is easy to use and very joint friendly. Originally bought it for my wife, but I've added it to my daily workout. Love the Total Gym.

I am very excited to see my progress continue and feel motivated because the workout time is so short that there are no excuses. I looked at many different workout equipment to purchase for my wife and myself, I came to the conclusion that the total gym was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I are in our middle fifties and the total gym is so easy to use and your body does not take a beating as with other gym equipment. I would strongly suggest you take a close look at the total gym, it does everything a person needs to get and stay in shape. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!

The total gym came quickly after ordering and it took me awhile to learn all he different exercises. I would suggest watching the video because there are a lot of helpful hints.
