The only thing that would make it better is being able to keep more than 1 accessory attached at a time. And to have a electronic tablet to personalize work outs instead of the cards and charts

I have back problems that limit me from being on my feet. This machine is great for my needs without putting strain on my back. You can do all kinds of exercises on this thing (even though I am limited to mostly arm and leg exercises). My wife and teenage son use this everyday as well. We love it.

We purchased our Total Gym XLS about a month ago and have found it easy to use providing quick results. We have both been quite religious about using it and both are feeling stronger. I like it because I don't have the worries of free weights. She likes it because she can easily adjust the resistance to suit herself. We alternate days so we do not interfere with one another. This is the one piece of equipment we both feel we should have purchased years ago.
As an avid bicyclist and runner I have often found it difficult to incorporate strength training into my routine. But, for me, the Total Gym is easy enough to use that I don't procrastinate its use. In the past I have found excuses not to do my strength routine. Now, I find it annoying when I am not able to use the Total Gym when I want, due mostly to work and granfatherly duties. I am getting the results I want without any additional equipment needed.
We are both extremely pleased.

I bought my 1st Total Gym 1700 years ago to keep me in shape to teach Physical Education. It was in my garage and I used it to keep my body pain and injury free.
I have recently retired and moved to a golf course community and now I am committed to playing golf. I recently upgraded to the Total Gym XLS. It's my dream workout equipment for golf. Squats 4 times a week, and ab work 5 times a week.
The Total Gym XLS is PERFECT. I love the ease of shifting from one exercise to the next. The improvement in my stamina on the course has yet to be determined. I feel confident that if I stay committed to the Total Gym XLS program I will see improvement on the course. I have purchased the Golf grip attachment and my "love handles" are getting smaller.
The on air advertisements with Mr. Norris,great. But the bottom line is this. If you don't do the work, it will not work.

I had seen commercials for the Total Gym for years but thought it was too good to be true. I have had several health problems over the last year and decided I had to do something before it was too late. I ordered the Total Gym and started using it.
In one weeks time I lost 9 lbs of weight. I lost and inch off of my chest, hips and waist while adding 1/2 in my arms and legs. The Total Gym is all it say's it is and more.
