I cannot even begin to express my total excitement with the results from using my new Total Gym XLS! I will be 52 yrs old in 3 weeks and I feel better now than ever before! My only regret is waiting so long to decide to get in shape. I have become truly addicted to my Total Gym work outs and hate to miss a day. Never in a million years would I have ever thought I'd enjoy working out!

The Total Gym is the only exercise machine that supports my back correctly. I have severe degenerative disk disease at L4-L5 and a bulging disk at C1. I live in recliners because of this. With many health issues to deal with, I need a machine that completely supports me AND allows me to work at losing weight. I am obese but with your equipment, I will be able to finally work out to improve my breathing, my muscle tone, my cardiovascular health (have had open heart surgery), and I'll gradually lose the weight.
