I originally purchased the Total Gym to help recover from my hip replacement. Before I knew it I was following along with the DVDs and my health and endurance levels were also improving. I am so pleased with the results I'm seeing in my physical appearance and with that, my entire family is getting on board. I have not felt this good in a very long time!

we are over 60, & bought this to assist in toning & strengthening our muscles. It is just wonderful! It was easy to set-up, & is so very easy to use. They include workout videos, charts, various workout routines & suggestions. Every muscle group is addressed. I can now cancel my gym membership: this gives me the resistance training I was getting there, & we also walk or golf on a regular basis. My only regret is not ordering it years ago!
