I had my total gym about a month now and love it. I had my daughter and her husband try it out and now they want one. The instructions and videos are easy to follow and provides an outstanding full body workout. I've taken a before picture and will take one in six months. At that time I'll send it to Total Gym for proof that this system works.

Total Gym got me back into the working out mode that I had been away from for so long! I actually look forward to the workout every single morning - and I can honestly say that NEVER happened before!
