I got this machine a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it. I love how easy it is to adjust to different settings. I also love how easy it is to stay motivated with the exercise videos.
I've been using the machine for almost two weeks and have lost 10 lbs so far.

It's the Total Gym!

I enjoy the benefits of working out on the Total Gym. I feel stronger, I have definition in my arms, my core is getting a super work out. I just love it. The instructors are awesome. I'm a 58 year old woman, I want to have strong bones, tone and build muscle and the Total Gym is helping me to do it. I don't use any other equipment or workout DVDs.
