Very happy with my Total Gym, I enjoy working out again. The pin with spring and ball to attach the arm rest/grip was broken - missing the spring and ball. I’ll get a replacement at the hardware store.

I am enjoying my Total Gym. The pully system is why I gave it 4, not 5 stars. The pully is noisy and "clunks" against the support bar underneath. At times it's actually fallen off while I'm exercising.
