Had the XLS for around five years. Wore out wheels. Replaced ( easy). Now all good. I leave it set up in my bedroom. So convenient and a great way to stay toned. It's great , I mean great for getting and keeping your back and neck in alignment.

Total Gym XLS accessory exersise bike

Just when I thought the Total Gym XLS couldn't possibly be a more complete exercise program, along comes the bike attachment. For a reasonable price you can add this function to your exisitng Total Gym. After an easy qnd quick assembly, it takes only seconds to attach with no mounting bolts or pins. Can be easily removed for storage. Improves the aerobic and endurance factors of the Total Gym and provides exellent feed back of time, distance and resistance level. We are even more pleased with the total gym now!!! Thanks for sending us this offer! The automatic deduction makes the cost very minimal for a well built machine that should last a lifetime.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Great electronic feedback, Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Easy Storage

My wife and I both have diabetes and was looking for a way to exercise without going to the gym because of our two little ones. We seen the ad on t.v. about the total gym so we purchased one and I am so glad we did. We use it everyday and already are seeing results. Our sugar levels are down and we feel a lot better. It is so simple to use that our 3 year old and 5 year old use it every night before bed and they love it. So if anybody ask me about the total gym...Yes it works and yes you see results and yes it is fun and simple to use. Loving our Total Gym!

I bought my Total Gym a month ago and I am having a great time. Startingout at 410 lbs at 65 yrs old, but in just one month have increased my reps by 25%. I am also adding new exercises each week. Thank you for creating this wonderful home gym.

Extremely Versatile

I've been a member of a gym for the last 30+ years and am 63 years old now. Just moved to the country to retire with no gym within 30-miles so I bought the Total Gym thinking I was just settling for a workout. Turns out that the Total Gym is extremely versatile and gives me a better workout than what I had imagined. It is easy to use and can be as challenging as you want to make it. Love it!
