The instructions were not that easy to figure out when trying to set it up but I finally figured it all out. It feels heavier than the 35 lbs advertised. It does fold up and out of the way without being too bulky or taking up room space. It is easy to use.

I was unsure how I would take to this machine, but using varying degrees of my body weight is so nice. There are so many ways to work every muscle (lower and upper). I do it while I watch T.V. in a room we call "the Gym". So simple and so forgiving. AND I'm starting to see definition in my body (stomach and legs). Woohoo! (I'm 49 y/o woman in menopause who has put on about 20 pounds since menopause began...I can see how important just moving is in the physical and chemical process of our bodies).

This is so easy to use! I had free weights and had been following a 7 week program 45 min a day and in just 2 weeks and a few minutes a day I have noticed so much more definition than before. I love this equipment! Worth the money!!

After regularly working out at a gym for the past 30 years, the Pandemic stopped me in my tracks! So, I purchased a quality treadmill and tried out an Elite Plus for 30 days. I quickly decided that a Total Gym was the way to go, and I just purchased an XLS! What an upgrade! It's literally amazing! As smooth as butter and easy to adjust, setup and store.
Even though it may be heavier than an Elite, it's easier to workout with and silky smooth during workouts. Plus, the wider - longer board is much easier on my joints, and a better fit overall. Well worth the price!
