I have been using Total Gym for 25 years now. Great workout potential. But, I am 6'4" and find the length too short for a full extension workout. Wish it were longer so I could get the complete extension of the exercises.

The total gym is well built and sturdy. It has a large variety of exercise possibilities as well. Just be sure to watch the safety videos before getting started. Once you are familiar with the equipment, it is easier to change the different attachments quickly to keep up with the exercise videos. I just started using my equipment and I already feel stronger.
